3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on pk999. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. pk999 enforces strict age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported as required under applicable law.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep your Account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent termination.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered pk999 Account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. pk999 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a Player found to be in breach of this rule and to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility. The pk999 Platform is made available to players based in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk999 does not represent or warrant that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.
3.5 KYC Verification. pk999 reserves the right to request identity documents — including CNIC copy, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk999 may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk999 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. pk999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. pk999 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their Account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
pk999 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact pk999 support immediately at [email protected].
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pk999's discretion without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the pk999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by pk999 for PKR transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institution or mobile wallet provider.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's pk999 Account within seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in the Account balance, depending on the banking institution's processing times.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pk999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Method. pk999 will endeavour to return funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be arranged through the pk999 support team.
5.6 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the pk999 Platform cashier. These limits are subject to change and players should refer to the cashier page for the most current figures.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pk999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances, subject to prior notification to the Player's registered email address.
6.1 General. pk999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player are typically used before Bonus Funds in gameplay, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. pk999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or terminate an Account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.4 Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire upon the date specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account balance automatically. pk999 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the pk999 Platform are subject to acceptance by pk999. pk999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: suspected fraud, technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or where a Player's Account has been flagged for review.
7.2 Cricket & Sports Betting. pk999's sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, T20, ODI, and Test matches — as well as other sports. All sporting event outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event.
7.3 Errors & Technical Faults. In the event of a manifest error — such as an obvious pricing mistake, a software malfunction, or a data feed failure — pk999 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake. pk999's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Casino Game Rules. 12.2 pk999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet or transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 pk999 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party payment processor outages.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
pk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk999 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the pk999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting pk999 support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the pk999 internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
